Solvay Specialities India Private Limited
Solvay Specialities India Private Limited (SSIPL) (CIN:U74130GJ2005PTC062544) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Solvay Group of Belgium established in 2005. Its the flagship entity of Solvay India representing all Solvay GBUs except Performance Polyamides. It has established its manufacturing presence in India by acquisition of Polymer division of Gharda chemicals with manufacturing unit at Panoli in 2006. In 2010, Solvay announced building of Solvay Corporate R&D centre at Savli, Vadodara which is in operation since 2012. In 2018, Rhodia Specialty Chemicals India Private Limited (GBU Novercare) was merged with SSIPL.
SSIPL has well established commercial and technical capabilities to serve key market segments like Packaging, Automotive, Industrial , Pharmaceuticals , Agrochemicals , Mining , Home & Personal care & Wire, agrochemical and Cable with its wide range of products.
